In this way we can avoid suffering from the pressure of exams.

　　Besides, enough sleep can make us energetic and enable us to perform well in an exam. Therefore, during the period of exams, we should not stay up too late. We can also try a warm bath or a cup of warm milk before going to bed. They might help us to have a sound sleep.

　　幾天來，因為下定決心要更好地學習英語，我重新拿起了幾個月之前學過，但是因為時間緊等等原因而扔掉了的《巧用歌訣學英語》。

　　以前學習很輕松，完成老師布置的各項作業(yè)后，每天都有大量的時間留給我自己，但是我卻用它們來玩游戲，導致很多寶貴的時間都被我浪費了。但是，現在我上了更高的年級，課程多了起來，學習內容的難度也在上升，所以我感覺時間更緊了，負擔也重了。因此我就必須提高學習效率，每天在很短的時間內完成很多課程的學習，而且不是走馬觀花地看個大概就行，必須要認真地學習，這樣才能做到在完成老師布置的課堂學習任務的前提下，擠出一部分時間來復習以前學過的舊知識，與此同時，我還應該學習一些課外的新知識。

　　以前，我用了將近一個半月的'時間，學了一些英語的語法口訣，大約有這本書所有內容的八分之三，很是又用，只是后來因為忙于其他事情就不得不中斷了�，F在我要把這些知識再度溫習一遍，這樣以后就不容易忘了。于是我每天晚上用十多分鐘的時間來復習以前學過的課程。畢竟有以前學過打下的底子在那里，而且還做過題目，復習起來還算輕松。

　　在復習的過程中，我也擠出了時間往下學習新的英語課程，在這幾天內，我學習了八年級《新概念英語》語法的幾個知識點，比如“情態(tài)動詞用法”等等，感覺非常有收獲。

　　學習就是這樣，對自己嚴格一些，堅持少玩多學，就一定能有收獲。我下定決心，以后一段時間里，一定要堅持每天都學習這個《口訣》，直到它全部被我學會的那一天。即使再忙再累也要學，每天學一點，積少成多就有用了，至少可以為我今后初中階段的英語學習打下堅實的基礎。
