I used to live in a small town with trees all around. There was no tall building and the only street was narrow. Just outside the town， there was a river. You can see different kinds of fish swimming in the clear water. People here lived a simple life.
Great changes have taken place here. You can see tall buildings， big department stores and factories everywhere. Different kinds of cars and buses are running in the big streets. But with the development of the industry， we have fewer trees. Air and water pollution is becoming more and more serious. We must do something to stop pollution and make our town even more beautiful.
我過(guò)去住在一個(gè)小鎮(zhèn)周圍有樹(shù)木。沒(méi)有高樓,只有街道很窄。就在城外,有一條河。你可以看到不同種類的魚(yú)在清澈的水里游泳。這里的人們過(guò)著簡(jiǎn)單的生活。

所以我很都是聽(tīng)那個(gè)英語(yǔ)老師安排讓我干嘛干嘛的。要做的事情也可謂是非常之多了，其中老師所說(shuō)的最重要的就是要背單詞了。唉，背的單詞可不僅僅只有我現(xiàn)在學(xué)的啊。還要背新世紀(jì)的單詞，和我上學(xué)期的，下學(xué)期的英語(yǔ)單詞，這些單詞全部要背。可以說(shuō)是非常大的一個(gè)單詞量了，我自己都忍不住皺眉�？墒俏也荒芡丝s，我更加不能松懈，為了父母的錢，更為了我自己的以后，我當(dāng)然要好好努力了�？墒怯⒄Z(yǔ)單詞量太大了，我一天背好是根本不可能的事情。因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)補(bǔ)習(xí)班是每周上一次，所以我每次有一個(gè)星期的時(shí)間去背這個(gè)單詞。
一個(gè)星期的時(shí)間吧，說(shuō)長(zhǎng)也不長(zhǎng)，說(shuō)短吧，也不短。這樣的話，如果我每天可以堅(jiān)持背單詞，還是可以完成這個(gè)英語(yǔ)老師每周布置的背英語(yǔ)單詞的任務(wù)的。我甚至覺(jué)得這個(gè)老師可能就是算好了吧，剛好每天都可以背這個(gè)英語(yǔ)單詞的量�？墒悄闳绻屛覉�(jiān)持一個(gè)星期我不會(huì)拒絕，一個(gè)月我也可以考慮�？墒强催@個(gè)架勢(shì)，我這個(gè)英語(yǔ)補(bǔ)課老師是長(zhǎng)久的都在了，這也就說(shuō)明我以后的每天可能都需要背單詞。我的天哪，那是有多累啊。我甚至無(wú)法想象，可我一想到請(qǐng)這個(gè)補(bǔ)課老師的錢，是我爸媽每天辛苦的在外面流汗賺來(lái)的。這樣一想，我的心里就有點(diǎn)過(guò)意不去。也一下子心里就滿是斗志了，是的父母為我們付出了那么多。我不應(yīng)該和他們一樣都好好努力嗎。每天都說(shuō)服自己努力一點(diǎn)再努力一點(diǎn)，每天都要堅(jiān)持下去，慢慢的養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣，這件事情自然也就好了，也就會(huì)越來(lái)越簡(jiǎn)單了。

這次又到了這個(gè)學(xué)校，做完手頭的工作，就急急地打聽(tīng)李老師是否還在這個(gè)學(xué)校，校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)說(shuō)還在，我便小跑著去了李老師的辦公室。推開(kāi)辦公室的門(mén)，李老師正戴著老花鏡看桌上攤開(kāi)的英語(yǔ)教材。見(jiàn)我進(jìn)來(lái)，李老師激動(dòng)的迎上來(lái)拉住了我的手。落座后，我們開(kāi)始了回憶。
李老師教我們英語(yǔ)時(shí)，尚未婚配，也許是個(gè)頭不高的緣故，走路特精神，一跳一跳的。李老師和我們學(xué)生真的'是朋友關(guān)系，我們幾個(gè)女生周末經(jīng)常找李老師玩，初三成立尖子班后，我和密友馬詠梅爭(zhēng)著給李老師當(dāng)英語(yǔ)課代表，盡管我當(dāng)時(shí)也是語(yǔ)文課代表，還兼著班長(zhǎng)。詠梅的成績(jī)很是優(yōu)秀，在這之前也是李老師的課代表。李老師看我們這么熱情，干脆讓我們倆同時(shí)當(dāng)英語(yǔ)課代表。
李老師結(jié)婚后，愛(ài)人在外地工作，平時(shí)比較寂寞，我們幾個(gè)女生經(jīng)常到老師家陪老師說(shuō)話，晚上還在那睡過(guò)覺(jué)。
初一時(shí)，我的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)總不能考出高分，老是在90分之上95分之下，就去問(wèn)李老師怎么辦，李老師把她的教學(xué)參考書(shū)拿給我看，我如夢(mèng)初醒班，但還是沒(méi)有提高多少。
