From ancient time to the recent years, we see too many famous successful people like Confucius in China and Dr. King, as mentioned above, in the United States. Confucius made great influence to Chinese culture by his Confucianism, and Dr. King push the progress to the liberty of the blacks in the America. They both made great contribution to their country, and how they made this? Part of the reason why, I think, is that they had dreams that care about the people in the world. And more important, in my opinion of view, they throw their entire lives to make their dreams come true. That means they always keep learning, learning from books and learning from living lives. And this is what we need to learn: have a dream in mind and keep pursuing on it.
Through this we see that a dream is something we can make it come true by our hard working, and this is what a dream is different from a reverie. See this means we need to take action, if we really have a good dream. We need study well in the school, we need focus on the direction of our dream, and we need to remind ourselves from time to time: don’t forget our dreams. Maybe when others are playing basketball, but you are at the desk to figure out the difficult math exercises; maybe when others are watching TV series, but you are still on the books which you need in your composition. All these will be worth when you get to the top of your dreaming mountain. As the saying says, “mountain’s high, but man makes the peak”. So finally just let wish good luck to those who always have a dream in mind and keeps steps on it.

說(shuō)過(guò)中國(guó)的大學(xué)生，那么我們?cè)僦v講中國(guó)的小孩子。
現(xiàn)在小孩子很幸福.從四歲就開始學(xué)英語(yǔ)，辛苦學(xué)了五年，花了幾千塊錢還是不行，基本上就會(huì)講兩個(gè)單詞banana ,apple今年我在大連培訓(xùn)里的時(shí)候，有一位家長(zhǎng)帶一個(gè)9歲的小孩來(lái)咨詢,這個(gè)孩子的媽媽一見(jiàn)到我，她就鼓勵(lì)他：快給張輝老師說(shuō)幾句，這個(gè)小孩就跑到我的面前，對(duì)我說(shuō)：張輝老師，what’s your name?這是不是有點(diǎn)象弱智恢復(fù)訓(xùn)練：張輝，這是甚么，這是書吧。我問(wèn)他還會(huì)甚么，他就說(shuō)：i’m a boy.有沒(méi)有這樣的神經(jīng)病，我看起來(lái)是男的實(shí)際上是女的。我們國(guó)家教英語(yǔ)這個(gè)句型教的最好了,student ,come here, let’s have a talk, what’s that ?然后學(xué)生就會(huì)說(shuō)：teacher, i think, it’s a desk,老師會(huì)說(shuō)：no ,it’s not a desk, it’s a chair..如果我們的老師都是這樣教英文，那真的是太荒唐了。
講過(guò)我們的大學(xué)生，小學(xué)生，那我們?cè)僦v講我們可憐的成年人.
我們的成年人，大學(xué)畢業(yè)以后，在社會(huì)上混了幾年，感到21世紀(jì)也來(lái)臨了，中國(guó)也加入了wto，北京申奧也成功了，不學(xué)英語(yǔ)就趕不上潮流了，于是就買了很多的書，但基本上都是一樣的，看了第一本，聽了第一課，磁帶聽了第一盤，學(xué)了新概念，學(xué).......最后又好象走回了老家，學(xué)完了一套又一套，不學(xué)對(duì)不起自己，學(xué)了又不知道結(jié)果如何.然后宣稱：，英語(yǔ)太難學(xué)，不學(xué)了，我不是學(xué)英語(yǔ)的料.你問(wèn)他們最拿手的是什么，他們就會(huì)說(shuō)，“what’s your name ,!!”
第二部分中國(guó)人為什么學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)
首先是中國(guó)人太愛(ài)面子了，中國(guó)人學(xué)習(xí)最怕丟臉，有一天在大街上看到外國(guó)人，心想我能外國(guó)說(shuō)兩句就好了，可是兩條腿就是不向前去，我要是說(shuō)錯(cuò)了怎么辦，外國(guó)人會(huì)不會(huì)笑話我啊，我說(shuō)錯(cuò)了，那不是很丟人啊，那么多難堪啊。再說(shuō)我很丑，又不溫柔，外國(guó)人會(huì)不會(huì)給我說(shuō)啊�？墒谴藭r(shí)我要告訴你，你再丑也是最棒的，你再丑也是最有希望的。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)不需要面子，妹妹大膽的向前走，學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗話說(shuō)“沒(méi)臉沒(méi)皮，所向無(wú)敵”。我就喜歡犯錯(cuò)誤，喜歡丟人，哪兒人多我就到哪兒去丟人，記得我班同學(xué)說(shuō)我是不是有點(diǎn)變態(tài)，我就說(shuō)：i like my style ,so what?你必須熱愛(ài)犯錯(cuò)誤，加油犯錯(cuò)誤，爭(zhēng)取早一天把錯(cuò)誤犯完。
其次，中國(guó)人學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)有太多的抱怨。有的人說(shuō)我基礎(chǔ)不好，我的記憶力差。我沒(méi)有語(yǔ)言天賦。是不是學(xué)好英語(yǔ)一定要有天賦呢，是不是一定要有天賦才能把英語(yǔ)才成學(xué)好呢，我舉一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的例子.就象開車，就象游泳，就象彈鋼琴，如果你想成為一個(gè)游泳高手，應(yīng)該怎么辦就應(yīng)該跳進(jìn)游泳池里拼命地游.中國(guó)人怎么做呢，中國(guó)人就會(huì)到書店里買了很多關(guān)于游泳方面的書how to swim，然后去參加培訓(xùn)班，苦學(xué)十年拿到了游泳博士學(xué)位，然后充滿的信心跳進(jìn)長(zhǎng)江，結(jié)果跳下去就沒(méi)有了，最后連尸體都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，還有一個(gè)故事，一個(gè)游泳教練帶著五十個(gè)一個(gè)班的同學(xué)，學(xué)習(xí)練習(xí)游泳，每次上課的時(shí)候都是教練奮不顧身跳下去，大都在旁邊記筆記，老師游的很好，老師邊游邊說(shuō)，記住喲，左手和右手的區(qū)別，記住要注意換氣啊，老師換氣原來(lái)是這么回事，老師真?zhèn)ゴ�，這象不象我們上課啊，同學(xué)們翻到第二頁(yè)，第二頁(yè)講的是enjoy doing sth，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。
再次，中國(guó)人的學(xué)習(xí)方法錯(cuò)了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中國(guó)人的智慧都被浪費(fèi)在“無(wú)聊的語(yǔ)法分析”、“枯燥的單詞記憶”、“自欺欺人的精讀課文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的練習(xí)和考試”上了!
中國(guó)人的語(yǔ)法學(xué)的最好，比美國(guó)的教授還厲害，但我們的英語(yǔ)水平連美國(guó)的五歲小孩都不如，你想想我們開始學(xué)喊爸爸，媽媽，叔叔，阿姨再見(jiàn)時(shí)，我們的爸媽是否這樣說(shuō)，孩子爸爸，媽媽叔叔，阿姨都有是主語(yǔ)，再見(jiàn)是謂語(yǔ)。最可怕的是外國(guó)人回頭說(shuō)了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外國(guó)人罵你，你還不知道，啊，那個(gè)外國(guó)人在表?yè)P(yáng)我啊。你想回罵一下外國(guó)人，還不知道用聲么時(shí)態(tài)。
另外中國(guó)還喜歡抱怨自己的單詞量不夠，總是把自己學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)歸根于自己的詞匯量不夠，自己的單詞少，其實(shí)，這是個(gè)很有趣的事情，你想美國(guó)的五歲的小孩子單詞量有中國(guó)的大學(xué)生的單詞多好，絕對(duì)沒(méi)有的，但中國(guó)的大學(xué)生卻沒(méi)有外國(guó)的五歲的小朋友說(shuō)的好，為什么會(huì)這樣呢，因?yàn)槟愕木毩?xí)不夠，而不是你的單詞量不夠。此時(shí)有的同學(xué)會(huì)說(shuō)了我們是不是不要記單詞了，不是這樣的，我們反對(duì)孤立地記憶單詞，因?yàn)槿四X不是電腦，大量的記也會(huì)大量地忘，那應(yīng)該怎么記呢，我們應(yīng)該用句子來(lái)記，舉了例子：在我們精讀課本上的：i’m looking for a temporary job ,so that i can save up some money to go traveling.如果你這句話你會(huì)說(shuō)，還記不住temporary這個(gè)單詞，那我要告訴你，你可以回家了，你弱智。另外我們的記憶單詞的方法還有聽寫記憶法，篩選法，我后面再說(shuō)。還的同學(xué)會(huì)說(shuō)，我的記憶很好，我會(huì)記很多的單詞，但我就是不會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，但我要說(shuō)，那些單詞是死單詞，你很快就會(huì)忘掉，再說(shuō)，你不能一見(jiàn)老外，就說(shuō)，sky ,people ,leg ,desk!!
我們?cè)趯W(xué)課文的時(shí)候也挺好玩，同學(xué)們，我們現(xiàn)在開始學(xué)課文，同學(xué)們注意了，我們先講單詞，再講課文，最后講練習(xí)，這是非限制定語(yǔ)從句，這是主語(yǔ)，這是謂語(yǔ)，這是賓語(yǔ)補(bǔ)足語(yǔ)。這些自欺欺的課文分析，其實(shí)那些教英語(yǔ)的`老師有時(shí)自己也搞不明白。結(jié)果，我們學(xué)習(xí)精讀課文變成了一件苦差使，費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力卻顆粒無(wú)收，而最后就變成了中國(guó)人會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的越來(lái)越少，會(huì)教英語(yǔ)的越來(lái)越多。
中國(guó)人特別喜歡做選擇題，看懂看不懂都沒(méi)有關(guān)系的，我照樣能選對(duì)。并且擅長(zhǎng)用淘汰法，排除法�？蛇@樣做很可怕的在于。比如說(shuō)你做選擇題的時(shí)候，有四個(gè)答案，我們把75%的時(shí)間在復(fù)習(xí)錯(cuò)誤的答案，25%的時(shí)間在看正確的答案.結(jié)果離開教室回到家又沒(méi)有時(shí)間鞏固正確的答案。我問(wèn)你一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)題你媽媽從培養(yǎng)你長(zhǎng)大，有沒(méi)有說(shuō)，孩子，正確的說(shuō)法是這樣，另外娘再教你三個(gè)錯(cuò)誤的說(shuō)法.
我們很好玩，一天到晚整天在看那些是錯(cuò)誤的，排掉一個(gè)印象深刻了一點(diǎn)，又排掉了一個(gè)印象又把錯(cuò)誤記住了一點(diǎn)。再排掉一個(gè)又記住了一點(diǎn)，就是沒(méi)有看正確的.我們?cè)僬f(shuō)說(shuō)閱讀，其實(shí)我們做閱讀題的時(shí)候，一般都是，飄飄然，昏昏然，不知所以然，所以我們閱讀題沒(méi)有幾個(gè)人真正完全能夠明白的，所以我們經(jīng)常說(shuō)閱讀是迷迷糊糊中蒙對(duì)的，聽力是在極度恐懼中冒對(duì)的。
第三部分中國(guó)人應(yīng)該如何學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)
那么我們中國(guó)人怎么學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)呢，有的學(xué)生說(shuō)我一學(xué)英語(yǔ)就頭痛，胳膊痛，腿痛,那肯定有問(wèn)題，學(xué)英語(yǔ)應(yīng)該頭痛才對(duì)，所以頭痛沒(méi)有用，眼痛沒(méi)有用，耳朵痛沒(méi)有用，嘴痛才有用，英語(yǔ)是說(shuō)出來(lái)，不是寫出來(lái)，不是學(xué)出來(lái)，不是看出來(lái)的，看懂是騙人的，聽懂是騙人的，只有說(shuō)出來(lái)才是自己.語(yǔ)言的境界就在于四個(gè)字，那就是“脫口而出”，如果不能脫口而出，那學(xué)英語(yǔ)干什么，一見(jiàn)面，you ,you is ,you am, you are!
語(yǔ)言本來(lái)是世界上最簡(jiǎn)單的事情，語(yǔ)言本來(lái)應(yīng)該屬于勞動(dòng)人民的，語(yǔ)言是最不需要天賦的，語(yǔ)言本來(lái)是勞動(dòng)人民的基本技能，但中國(guó)人卻把學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)這樣一件簡(jiǎn)單的事給搞復(fù)雜了。人為地把英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)分為口語(yǔ)，聽力，語(yǔ)法，單詞，快速閱讀，慢速閱讀，寫作等等，你想想我奶奶沒(méi)有學(xué)過(guò)這些，卻說(shuō)一口流利的中文，而我們學(xué)習(xí)了英語(yǔ)這些方面，可是最后我們還是沒(méi)有看到太多的希望.
所以此時(shí)大家應(yīng)該明白這樣的一樣道理，英語(yǔ)不是學(xué)不出來(lái)的，就象讀完十本關(guān)于游泳方面的書照樣還不會(huì)游泳一樣。游泳是游出來(lái)的，鋼琴是彈出來(lái)的，汽車是開出來(lái)的，語(yǔ)言是說(shuō)出來(lái)的，只有脫口而出，只有鍛造嘴巴才算是真正的學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言。
另外學(xué)習(xí)的對(duì)象不應(yīng)該是孤立的發(fā)音，單詞，語(yǔ)法，而應(yīng)該是句子!!因?yàn)槿撕腿私煌氖亲罨締挝皇蔷渥�，在句子中掌握發(fā)音是地道的發(fā)音，在句子中掌握的單詞是有生命力的單詞，在句子中掌握的語(yǔ)法是有用的語(yǔ)法。一旦以句子為中心，一切都變得很簡(jiǎn)單自然。到頭來(lái)，學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)不過(guò)是三個(gè)字：說(shuō)句子。
就是你現(xiàn)在才加入到英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的行列，就算是你現(xiàn)在才決定再重拾放棄已久的英語(yǔ)，你照樣是最有希望的!要下一個(gè)堅(jiān)定的惡狠狠的決心。只這有這樣你才有希望成功!否則這壺水永遠(yuǎn)不開!!toughen your body, toughen your mind.(勞其筋骨，苦其心智)there is no substitute for hard work.(勤奮工作是無(wú)可替代的。)
只要運(yùn)用正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法，任何人都可以學(xué)好英語(yǔ)!不要抱怨記憶力不好，因?yàn)槟愕牟缓�，別人的也不好;不要抱怨自己忙，忙碌的人的時(shí)間最高效!只要能抽出零碎時(shí)間，每天學(xué)幾個(gè)句子，你照樣可以成功!李陽(yáng)這樣的笨蛋都能把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好，作為聰明的你不能把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好嗎?盡管征服英語(yǔ)的路途無(wú)比艱辛，但長(zhǎng)痛不如短痛，與其老牛拉破車不如快刀斬亂麻。不要抱怨自己基礎(chǔ)不好地不要抱怨自己記憶力差或沒(méi)有語(yǔ)言天份，只要你能講中國(guó)話，你就能地道英語(yǔ)脫口而出，永遠(yuǎn)相信你是獨(dú)一無(wú)二的，你是最棒的，你是最有希望的。
如何突破發(fā)音
我們國(guó)家的那個(gè)發(fā)音是那個(gè)就不用我說(shuō)了。，我們國(guó)家有三十多個(gè)省，每個(gè)省還有很多的市，據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，中國(guó)有三四百種口音，大家想想，學(xué)了十年英語(yǔ)，竟然發(fā)音沒(méi)有過(guò)關(guān)，如果你想想，你從小長(zhǎng)到十歲，你的普通話發(fā)音硬是沒(méi)有過(guò)關(guān)，你媽媽會(huì)怎么說(shuō)啊，我：我好命苦啊，我孩子弱智啊。大家反思一下，連發(fā)音都沒(méi)有過(guò)關(guān)，我們還學(xué)什么英語(yǔ)，發(fā)音不過(guò)關(guān)，口語(yǔ)就不過(guò)關(guān)，口語(yǔ)不過(guò)關(guān)，你的聽力就永遠(yuǎn)不可能過(guò)關(guān)，因?yàn)槟阒v的是中國(guó)式英語(yǔ)。一聽四六級(jí)的磁帶，怎么講的和我不一樣i prefer cold weather to hot weather.中國(guó)人發(fā)現(xiàn)一到英語(yǔ)角的時(shí)候，聽力就特別好，what’s your name ?my name is zhanghui,do you like english i like it very much ,我怎么都聽的懂喲。
哎呀，聽力也突破不了，口語(yǔ)也突破不了，到底原因在那里呢，就是發(fā)音沒(méi)有過(guò)關(guān)，大家知道，亞洲人和西方人的發(fā)音習(xí)慣是不一樣的，中國(guó)人是用嘴巴說(shuō)話的，而西方人是用腹腔，胸腔，喉腔，口腔和算腔五腔并用。比如說(shuō)，張輝，你在干什么，美國(guó)人講話，hello ,you welcome to china. i hope you enjoy your staying here .一句話聽起來(lái)象一個(gè)單詞一樣。這是幾個(gè)單詞啊，怎么和我們老師講的不一樣，我們老師講的是：sit down please ,stand up please ,good morning teacher!!中國(guó)人講話是用嘴巴講的，就象，do you like english ,english is important ,i think learning english is very difficult中國(guó)人說(shuō)英語(yǔ)都是從嘴巴的前半部分說(shuō)出來(lái)，而美國(guó)人卻是用腹腔，胸腔，喉腔，口腔，和算腔，五腔并用.例如：i have been looking forward to meeting you i’ve heard so much about you !!.所以什么時(shí)候你講英語(yǔ)你的同學(xué)聽不懂了，你就成功了..日本人很有禮貌，一講話就鞠躬，如果講本國(guó)話鞠躬，就顯示這個(gè)民族很有禮貌，可要是講英語(yǔ)就完蛋了，比如what’s your name? how are you doing?象殺豬一樣。我在開玩笑，美國(guó)人講中文也很難，我來(lái)中國(guó)三年了，我很喜歡上海，上海是個(gè)很好的城市。美國(guó)人是用這兒講話的，比如說(shuō)，你好嗎?你吃過(guò)了嗎?
