      影片給我最大的一個(gè)感受:一個(gè)最需要被別人幫助的人,卻以自身樂觀的精神和積極的生活態(tài)度給周圍本該幫助他的人提供幫助!

      雖然被納沃斯基幫助過的人也或多或少地幫助過他,但他們對(duì)納沃斯基的幫助與納沃斯基給予他們的幫助有著本質(zhì)上的不同。他們給予的幫助更多的只是職責(zé)上的分內(nèi)之事,或者說只是順帶而已,并沒有真正意義上設(shè)身處地的從納沃斯基的角度出發(fā),幫助他;納沃斯基給予他們的幫助則是真正意義上設(shè)身處地的從他們的角度出發(fā),做那件事,并且最終感化了周圍的人!

      那么,弗蘭克既然沒有權(quán)利謀私,他的行為又究竟在那里出問題了呢?在我看來,問題出現(xiàn)在其行政態(tài)度上,或者說是情感層面上的人文關(guān)懷,但是絕非道德。道德這個(gè)東西,每個(gè)人從自己的角度看,都會(huì)有不同的解讀,有時(shí)還會(huì)出現(xiàn)道德困境。比如說,當(dāng)機(jī)場(chǎng)里出現(xiàn)一個(gè)穿著睡衣的男子到處晃蕩的時(shí)候,弗蘭克選擇了誘使和逼迫其離開。這樣的行為雖然沒有違反相關(guān)規(guī)定,但是對(duì)于機(jī)場(chǎng)的管理,乃至于維克多本人的希求來說,這都是好的、道德的。但是,這樣的做法對(duì)于美國(guó)國(guó)民和國(guó)家安全來說,卻缺乏道德的支撐。

      When many people watch this film from the perspective of administrative ethics, they often give negative comments on the administrative behavior of bald director Frank, believing that he puts too much personal emotion into work, in violation of the corresponding rules and regulations. However, in my opinion, Frank has not made any mistakes, he has always followed the rules of his profession.

      At the beginning of the film, Frank shows everyone that he is a professional. Such a talent display, but also let all people are sure that he is suitable for this work. After seeing the measures Frank takes to force Victor to leave the airport, many people conclude that Frank is in power for personal gain and that his behavior violates the requirements of his profession. The discretionary power may be biased towards the executive himself or other interest groups in the society, the key is from which side the pull. When personal emotional factors do not reach the scope of authority, but exist in the scope of discretion, we generally believe that the administrative act of the executive is in line with the regulation. As to whether it is ethical or not, it should depend on the specific behavior and situation. However, if the administrative actions of administrative personnel are strongly influenced by social groups or public interests, their discretionary power may be biased.       Franks lack of human care, as well as the moral conflicts mentioned earlier, are shown in the film through one incident, the Russian drug incident. From the initial fierce reaction of the Russians, we can counter-infer that Frank made a great mistake in his initial communication with the Russians. We can see it in the subsequent communication between Victor and the Russian. When the Russians noticed Victors gentle tone and patient attitude, his words and deeds were immediately softened. So it was Frank and his administrations lack of human care that ultimately led to the anger and petulance of Russians.
