　　那么，弗蘭克既然沒有權(quán)利謀私，他的行為又究竟在那里出問題了呢?在我看來，問題出現(xiàn)在其行政態(tài)度上，或者說是情感層面上的人文關(guān)懷，但是絕非道德。道德這個(gè)東西，每個(gè)人從自己的角度看，都會(huì)有不同的解讀，有時(shí)還會(huì)出現(xiàn)道德困境。比如說，當(dāng)機(jī)場(chǎng)里出現(xiàn)一個(gè)穿著睡衣的男子到處晃蕩的時(shí)候，弗蘭克選擇了誘使和逼迫其離開。這樣的行為雖然沒有違反相關(guān)規(guī)定，但是對(duì)于機(jī)場(chǎng)的管理，乃至于維克多本人的希求來說，這都是好的、道德的。但是，這樣的做法對(duì)于美國(guó)國(guó)民和國(guó)家安全來說，卻缺乏道德的支撐。

　　When many people watch this film from the perspective of administrative ethics, they often give negative comments on the administrative behavior of bald director Frank, believing that he puts too much personal emotion into work, in violation of the corresponding rules and regulations. However, in my opinion, Frank has not made any mistakes, he has always followed the rules of his profession.

　　At the beginning of the film, Frank shows everyone that he is a professional. Such a talent display, but also let all people are sure that he is suitable for this work.
